Trip Booking Policy and Deposit

Our booking policy is on a first paid first served basis. A booking deposit of 30% is required to reserve dates. Since deposits & fees are for specific dates, deposits are non-refundable. Please note that required fishing licenses are not included in the rates. ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL! We will do our best to reschedule with your trip with you within a year.

All gift certificates are valid for ONE year from date of payment/issuance. No exceptions.

FINAL PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Balance of fee is due at time that services are rendered. No date will be booked or confirmed without a deposit. Arrangements for accommodations at local lodging should be made well in advance. We can give recommendations upon request. Deposits are not refundable. If you must cancel a reservation 30 days prior to deadlines, you can reschedule the fishing trip for a later date and the deposit will be applied than. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions or safety concerns of any kind or insufficient reservations. We are not responsible for expenses incurred with travel.

Booking and payments for a fishing trip with Salmon River Guide, LLC is deemed acknowledgement and acceptance of the following disclaimer. Salmon River Guide, LLC shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, or loss/damage to property and is a condition of booking with Salmon River Guide, LLC. That you hereby release to the full extent of the law, Salmon River Guide, LLC and its sub contractors from all actual or contingent liability in respect of such personal injury, death, loss or damage.
All passengers shall comply with any direction given for the safety of the vessel and comfort of passengers and agree that willful non compliance with such direction may result in immediate return to nearest port without a refund.
